That's mine ENB made specially for old, low and mid end PCs.
My specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (1808mHz)
GPU: nVidia GeForce GT620 (1Gb VRAM)
RAM: 2Gb
And it takes about 5 frames when using that ENB (w/o ~27)
